Through intense training, we guarantee you’ll be a great host in no time. In order to make sure that each new member of the FAMIGLIA knows how we operate and what we value, our specialized station trainers coach and train the entire restaurant team and individuals onsite.
UNO, DUE, TRE
Through our three-month basic training, we offer you a start suited to your needs! This is the time where we bring you up-to-speed to dive right into the real restaurant afterwards. Would you like to operate one of our restaurants? Then you will undergo our management program “3+9”. Apart from the three-month basic training, this program features a nine-month development phase, during which we prepare our future leaders for their responsibilities by putting them through a series of seminars, coachings, and on-site trainings. Legal topics are on the menu just as economic lessons are.
In our training academy in Munich, we teach the theory of the craft to tomorrow’s managers, station trainers, management trainees, entire restaurant teams, and apprentices away from the activity of the bustling restaurant operation.
